Bauer Media Group (BMG) approached us to provide a workplace strategy and design that would allow them to bring two of their London offices together in one space – a Grade II listed building located in the heart of Camden, North London.

We’ve designed a diverse range of spaces to support an agile way of working which will help their people to work more effectively while also accommodating more people in the same building. The space has been designed to bring BMG’s two entities (H.Bauer and Bauer Media) together by introducing a new central staircase and social hub that will increase integration and connectivity across the business.

The design of the space was inspired by the building’s Modernist heritage, which we’ve restored by exposing many of the original features. We’ve used a neutral black and white palette to complement the era and act as a base for BMG’s many brands to add their own colour. The look and feel is supported by exposed ceilings and the introduction of Modernist-inspired furniture and finishes.
